They had guns and shit, I couldnt do anything, aw well long story short story, I lost fucking 1000 euros plus my camera and my phone, so thats the reason I'm not sending sms anymore, I went to the police, but you know, i'm just tourist no one gives a shit about it. But now i'm fine, my dad send me some money, I'll beall right for the rest of the trip! But still Switzerland suposed to be one of the safest country in the world, but the true is, your not safe anymore doesn't metter where you are. I'm taking the hostel group to the international court to see if I get some sort of compensation! aw well, now is part of the past and just another story to tell later!close

Very quiet location near art museum, many tram lines. Superb restaurant and patio. Highly recommended. Beautiful historic building.

It's pretty expensive in "hostel-terms", but the service level do match the price.

Very bad service. The staff never got back to me regarding the wrong transaction of my booking. I had to sleep on the streets because of them.

Was nice place. More like a luxury hostel than a hotel and really pricey. But seems eveything in Zurich is expensive. But close to train station and great breakfast in the morning. The bar was really nice too.

  5. Hotel Allegra 83%

I've now stayed at Hotel Allegra twice to see family off at the airport. It is perfect location from the train station and the shuttle to the aiport is very convenient. I plan on staying again in December to catch an early flight.

I had the first time to try traditional chees foundue in Zurich. It s tasty. As an Asian, not very fond of cheese, but loved it so much! ADLER SWISS CHUCHI is the restaurant we went. You need to book the table before you go.....unbelieveable busy everyday!

Top Rated Zurich Attractions

  1. Swiss National Museum100%

The Impressive Swiss National Museum is right next to the main station in Zurich and is set in a beautiful castle..The museum does not seem to follow any particular theme but for me thats what made it so so good. it is so diverse and here you can find everything and anything. Artefacts rescued from churches and medieval art is quite common here. I'm not...

  2. Shopping80%

The Bahnhofstrasse is the main shopping street of Zurich, connecting the main station with the lake. On both sides and in side streets like the Rennweg you will find a lot of shops and boutiques. There are also many banks located there especially at Paradeplatz. Most sights of Zurich are within walking distance, for example the Lindenhof and the churches...
