Villa Klothilde*** is a centrally located, but relaxed family run establishment. The skilifts are just behind our house, center of Zell am See, the lake, which is wonderfull for skating or just walking from one side to the other, the recreational center with swimming-hall, sauna, solarium, bowling is only a few minutes walking disdance away! There is a big range of restaurants, bars and shops in our part of the town. Due to the renovation in autumn 2003 we may offer you new appartements and rooms at top standard! Also new this winter is our elevator and a fire protection plant for the whole house and of course our breakfast-buffet! Arriving with your car - you got a safe parking lot just in front of our house! Arriving by train - you have only 2 minutes walking disdance to our house! We are dedicated to make Villa Klothilde*** a place where our guests feel welcome, relaxed, comfortable and able to unwind from their busy lives.

Very new hotel with bright cheerfully coloured room. Top floor rooms have balcony with some mountain view, unfortunately most of the view blocked by the hotel owner's house. Hotel host was very friendly and nice. Highly recommended.

I liked this place a lot. It was sort of a family-run bed-and-breakfast. Friendly people. Breakfast was very good. Two-minute walk from the Zell am See train station, which means it's also close to a bus stop. Interior seems recently renovated.

lovely place to stay - we stayed in the off season so it wasnt as busy but would be good accomodation in season

Only thing is dont play guitar after a night out at 6:30am cause all the residents might complain :)

Walk out of zell am see train station, turn left and go up the slope and you will see keperkussel restaurant across the road. The hostel is opposite to the restaurant.
