The staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful. The hotel is outside the city centre but is on the main bus route from the airport to the city centre. On arrival at the hotel I was given a discount on the original price of the double room as I was staying on my own.

its a hotel, your not gonna have much fun there, but the beers are pretty cheap and you can buy them pretty much all night... its a good place to chill out for a night or 2, especially if you have 2 people with, if you're by yourself its kind expencive

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The only problem was that it was hard to find when we first arrived and its a bit of a walk to the old town which is the main attraction of Zagreb.

The hostel was nice and relatively close to the train station. It was quiet and the staff is friendly. They even gave me a discount because it was just me even though the room had to be booked for 2 people. That was great!

Noise from room next door, ie: shower running, toilet flushing. Noisy from house keeping activities - around 10 am!

This is actually a two star hotel which is not too far from downtown zagreb, but in a sort of empty area. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is nice and considering there are few options for zagreb, if you have the budget then go for it.

The only thing I would say is that it is too far out of town, but it was fine for me as I was just there for one night before I flew out of the country.

The directions to the hotel could be clearer, but if you just trust them and take the bus then it's fine.close

Staff couldn't be more helpful - even arranged an early breakfast on the morning we left. Location was good - just a 15 minute walk from the train station - about 20 minutes to the city centre. Even gave us a chocolate biscuit for our onward trip - very nice touch!

The place where this hotel is located is a bit tacky I would say but the infrastructure of the hostel quite good. The water pressure need increasing to secure a comfortable shower

The staff is helpful and very nice, but don't speak English exept one girl. We also got locked out around midnight and had to ring the bell and nock on the door for a very long time before someone came. Otherwise it is a good hotel.

I loved my room and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that it was not closer to the center of town.

This hotel was the cleanest, brightest, and nicest place I stayed during my travels. I'm shocked that they only have a 2 star rating. The staff was so friendly and nice and helpful. I would definitely recomend this as a place to stay while in Zagreb.

Nice place, near the centre of town, the hostel does not accept visa or mastercard, and on the web-site it clearly states that it does, which caused some frustration.
