Much better than I was anticipating and I would recommend. The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and to a high standard. But there were no problems at all with noise outside during our stay however we did stay only on a Monday night, so I can't comment about what it would be like on a busy weekend night.close

A special thanks for Kristina as she proactively offered us a better accomodation than the one we had booked online. Everyone at the hostel was very helpful and their plans to improve with a terass & barbeque etc sounded great. Would stay again if in Zagreb!

There is no place to hangout, no kitchen area, it's just a place to sleep. Great location though!

Lack of common room/kitchen makes it very hard to meet people. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for access to train station. Very clean. Problems with hot water were a little frustrating.

No air-conditioning so in the summer the rooms get unbearably hot and very noisy throughout the day and night as it overlooks a busy touristy street. Were only there for one night and would not have wanted to stay any longer.

They are very strict about the 10am checkout. The common areas aren't really big enough to hang out in, and meet other people.

This is a very nice hostel! The staff are very helpfull, the location is perfect in the cente of the city, clean rooms, but lockers could be more secure.

Great location & staff. However, when the 2 people that I was traveling with woke up the next morning, they were covered in bed bug bites. ALL over their bodies. The Hostel was great except for that... which is a HUGE let down.

Such an amazing hostel - the best we've found in 3 weeks. Perfect location, lovely staff, clean, with good bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone!

Mint hostel, really good location, right in centre of Zagreb, close to all transport etc. But the best thing about this place is the staff. Really genuinely helpful and fun! Common room is a really good place to chill out. Like a home from home!

Also, we paid for an AC room -- there wasn't one and we had to sleep with a door open to draw the AC in from other parts of the hostel. In our 10 day tour of Croatia this was by far the biggest disappointment.close

never go there. very strage woman is there. She was going to chage more money to us..and very very rude. we are so upset. And over 2am, its very noisy. very. very..

Excellent hostel-2 min walk form the main square in Zagreb! The hostel was clean and new and very near much of the action in terms of going out to eat, bars, music etc. There is no internet or kitchen. But excellent location and great staff!!

We hardly got to see the staff, since they also worked in this pizza place next to the hostel and we had to come over there in oder to get into the hostel. Then she got grumpy and yawny, she wasn't friendly at all. Then again, we only say her once, and the other guy too. The hostel was nice and centrally located. I only stayed one night but it was quite cozy (read close quarters) but a great location, straight-forward hostel.
