This gorgeous palace was a summer residence for the king and family. You can go into the palace itself doing various tours depending on how long you want to stay. You can go into the palace itself doing various tours depending on how long you want to stay. There is a Children's tour that looked good, but my kids only wanted to see the zoo The zoo is on-site and has the usual selection of animals, but it's well laid-out and they have pandas! There is also a maze and various tours of the extensive gardens. One tip: go early to avoid long lines. If you are travelling with kids, plan two days for this - one for the zoo and the other for the insdie, with different garden activities to break up each day.close
