Individually styled, separate apartments with all comforts (private toilets and private bathrooms) and absolute privacy in a beautiful Viennese building - an ideal place for those who dislike the impersonal atmosphere of hotels, for a family of three or four or for those travelling on budget. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen corner, which makes it possible to cook your own food, anytime you wish (there is a supermarket just round the corner). Upon request - breakfast in the fridge. Satellite TV and a radio-CD player in every apartment, a DVD player on demand. No curfew - guests become their own keys. Children starting from school age are welcome, for smaller kids we are not the right place. Apartment D ('3 Bed Private') has a double bed and a broad sofa-bed - that sofa-bed can, at a little surcharge, sleep two youngsters or school-age children, if necessary). Apartment G ('Twin Private') has two separate, broad and comfortable sofas and on demand it is possible to have an extra bed in that room at a little surcharge. A perfect location: just a few hundred meters away from Park & Palace Schönbrunn (a historical place equally ideal for a leisure walk or for jogging), two underground stations and a shopping street with banks, shops, fitness centre, swimming pool. There is a number of good and affordable restaurants, both Austrian and foreign, within walking distance. Guests would be kindly requested to pay cash upon arrival - naturally, each payment is confirmed with an invoice. AND FOR EACH SEVENTH NIGHT WE CHARGE NOTHING! As 'Benina' is a family undertaking and there is no hotel-like reception there, it is essential to let us know the approximate arrival time so that we are physically there on site when guests arrive. Upon request we can pick up our guests from the train station (10.00 EUR) or from the airport (27.00 EUR). ATTENTION ONE : one-night bookings only for weekdays - no one-night bookings starting or ending on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. ATTENTION TWO : no check-in on December 24th and 25th (check-out possible).

The building is older and at first glance is off-putting, but it is beautiful inside the apartment, and very light and clean. Coming back at the end of the day felt like coming home. The landlord was exceptionally helpful locating supermarkets, a laundry, and restaraunts in the neighborhood. This is a great place for anyone staying several days in the area.close

The apartment was fine but the location was a little further out than expected. Not many restaurants near by or night life. Everything seemed to close by 6.

very nice appartement at a quiet location. The (nice)owner of the appartment can pick you up/bring you back for a reasonable fare(not much more expensive than public transport)to the airport.

Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone going into Vienna. You could tell the owners really cared about the place. Close to the metro.

Benina is a lovely apartment and a very well maintained. It is easy to access public transport. I enjoyed the freedom of being able to come and go as I pleased. Thanks for the helpful information and the pleasant stay. Carly Keegan, Ireland

You can easily get to the center (few minutes to 2 metro stations) but you stay in a quiet and nice part of Vienna, in an old-styled building with an interesting interior. The apartment is designed to be nice, friendly and comfortable. We were amazed by the colours and full equipment (!) We...

It is a very pretty place to stay. Not in the actual centre, though, it is very easy to get everywhere from there. The apartment is cosy, quiet, has a lovely atmosphere and also well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice place, exceptionally well kept and clean, with many dishes etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Right by the Schonnbrun and with many local amenities. Only point would be the lack of telephone.

Near Schönbrun, the imperial summer palace. U-bahn is at 5 minutes distance. Very clean, recently painted, new furniture, good taste. Ask the owner for information, very well-disposed, and excellent english speaker. But forget paying with VISA or asking for an invoice (by the way, austrian tourism induxtry seems rather averse to it).close
