What this hotel lacks in character was more than made up for by the sheer professionalism demonstrated by the staff. The staff were absolutely incredible - very helpful, understanding and welcoming. Everyday they introduced me to something new to experience in their wonderful country. True ambassadors of an extraordinary and beautiful country!!! If only all other hotels housed the same calibre. I will definitely stay here again...hopefully by then the hotel would have undergone extensive renovations. Best regards, Christopherclose

20Staying just one night during the winter doesn't give much impression how the hotel may look in the spring or summer. then having a breakfast or evening rest in the green patio should be very nice. A good walking distance from the West station, but quite good connection by tram to the old town,...
