On hostelworld it said there is internet, but when I arrived at the hotel they looked at me as if they have never heard of it!

Reasonable price. Helpful staff. Good bbreakfast. Spacious room. We will stay there when visiting Vienna again.

Friendly staff. Very near one of the main train stations. Breakfast good but the same every morning - oj, coffee and rolls. Not that many good places to dine in surrounding area but no hassle to get a train.

Regarding the bathroom: excelent water temperature, cleanliness, warmth and airfreshness. The only problem was the shower-glass-doors that were mobile but not so functional. The only problem was the shower-glass-doors that were mobile but not so functional. The bed was so comfortable,and big, and very clean also. The small lamps were realy nice. The temperature in the room was very good, also beacuse we had additional heatting system provided in case we needed one. I think the walls need to be repaired a little bit and the kitchen needs to be removed or improved: the dishes were not so clean, no dish detergent was around, and the heatting machine was a little bit greasy. The breakfast was a very nice surprise, very consistent, and very nice aranged, the bread,the juice, tea or coffee very fresh. The staff was very nice and polite, smiling all the time, ready to help you in case you needed them. This compensate the "not so good" parts. Per total it was very ok, but there is always room fore more. Thank you!close

Reasonable, neutral-style rooms; nice breakfast (in relation to price obviously) with pleasantly large bottle of tea. Friendly stuff. Bathroom nice and very clean. Beds are rather worn-out though - to a degree which makes me hesitate to recommend the place.

During breakfast time the staff are washing the dishes with the kitchen door wide open. You don't feel at ease when you eat your breakfast.

A low-key, clean, and safe hostel. Everything was neat and clean, and a maid came in every day to straighten the room. Breakfast was simple but fine and the desk attendants were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

arconditioning not functioning. sub and railway very close by and the tram right in front of the exit (which can be somewhat noisy). good, basic hotel for your money.

This hotel is pretty nice. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. The location is within walking distance of the Westbanhof station but it is out of the way of many places of interest.

Very familiar staff and breakfast service. No daily room service performed. Good location and parking in the public garage under the hotel basement is very comfortable.

Fantastic staff. Large, clean room, comfy bed. Slightly cluttered room with fans and air con units not needed at this time of year. Fairly standard breakfast, but OK considering it was included in the price.

The right name of the Hotel Pension is "Kaffeemühle", without the "r" at the end. Regarding the cheap prices it's a really good place to spend the nights in Vienna!

Staff were friendly and helpful. They said there was airconditioning in each room, but it was disconnected and sat on the floor of each room. There was a roof mounted fan in each room which helped with the heat. The beds were nice and shower had good water pressure and hot water was plentiful.... more Staff were friendly and helpful.
