Got here to be told our room had been given away because we didn't check in at the exact time stated in our booking. When I complained I was told that it hadn't been given away, it had flooded. After many angry exchanges with the extremely rude receptionist we were sent to their "sister" hotel the Donauwalzer. Don't ever stay there! It's dirty, the rooms are like shoeboxes, it's on a main road, the staff are rude, the breakfast is inedible.close

The hotel had daily house-keeping. Bathroom was a bit squishy, but the shower had plenty of hot water. The location is a few stops from the main station and a few more stops to the main attractions. There are some supermarkets and places to eat nearby. Bed was comfortable.

Great place,close to the subway, friendly staff. Expencive food,but cheap and good stores nearby(across the streat:)) Will be returning here in the future.. Thanx Marko&Eva

Hotel was nice and we had a very pleasant stay. Only thing was bath had no shower curtain but I would recommend this hotel

The directions were incorrect but after asking a few friendly locals, they pointed us in the right direction. The staff were friendly and the rooms spacious and immaculately clean. Tram 46 takes you directly to the Ubahn station which makes getting to the city centre fast and efficient. Would...
