Great rooms, really clean, close to town when using metro, which is very reliable.

This place was very clean, especially the bathroom...our bathroom was inside the room. It was more like a hotel than a hostel, so it was a nice treat. The staff was really helpful too.

Good location, easily walkable to city. Room was clean and neat...if a little on the small side. Breakfast rolls were fresh and coffee drinkable (although you dont go to vienna for drip coffee!)

Very small room, but faultless service from the hosts. Good position, and a great option if all you need a bed.

Really good! a real hotel for low price. Staff helpful and rooms clean with TV. Brakfeast and so on. Nice hotel i would recommend

I'm very upsead and angry with hotel Arpy deal. At the moment that I arrived in the hotel I told them that I wouldn't stay the 3 days. And the answer was ok! But I stayed only 2 days and they charged the 3 days with breakfeast!! No deal!! I spoke with the menager but he doesn't want to... more I'm very upsead and angry with hotel Arpy deal. We came to Vienna and spent the whole time laying in bed watching Flava Flave on Mtv it was the best vacation ever. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

A very nice place. Room was small but there was everything I needed. Breakfast was also small but good. Staff is very friendly. Location is not so central but subway is not far away and with tram which is even closer, you get easily to west railway station and to Prater. I would stay here again... more A very nice place. This is a family type of Hostel, best for persons that don't want to meet commond travelers. Not much going on in the common areas. Traffic noice in some of the rooms. Nice staff, and clean rooms you can't ask 4 more. :-)

Some rooms near the main entry doors on floors can be noisy, staff try to reduce some noises by wraping towels around door handles in the mornings (not a good look), however staff are very polite and helpful, especially the owners son, I would stay at the there again.

Rooms aren't very big but all the facilities are there and its really clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful, and can give you information on what to see in Vienna.

Staff is very friendly; the hotel is located very comfortably. Unfortunately we got no receipts after paying our stay on Sunday morning. I have already contacted the hotel for sending the receipts.

This hotel was easy to get to by public transport, in a reasonably quiet area with lots of reataurants/cafes and the Rathaus and other tourist attractions within walking distance. The room and breakfast were OK and I would definitely stay here again - the staff were friendly and helpful.
