very good located and good price for a hotel, but of course its not a hostel where you can meet many people. So choose what is more important for you.

NIce and cosy hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Internet costs 10 Euros per 24H or 3 Euros per hour, that is a little bit overpriced.

Just the great place to stay in Vienna. Clean, not far from the city center- about 15 minutes walking.... I would recomend this good hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable accomodation

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION...excellent.. right on the main shopping street. Took a while to get to with the bags but worth it. Best shower ever and the view from the bay window was amaying...great photo ops.

Given that this hotel is on a main road, they really need to sound proof the windows - its just too noisy. Apart from that, its a nice little hotel in a great location that charges a reasonable amount.

Right on the Maria Hilfer Strasse, so very close to the Nachtmarkt and other shopping, 10 mins walk to the museums and Hofburg or the opera. Really could not ask for a better location. As far as charm, character, or cleanliness, it was what was to be expected for a budget hotel.

This hostel was in a good location - right in the main shopping district about 20 minutes walk from the city centre and next to a metro line. The room was clean and a good size and the breakfast was good. Overall, was good value for money.

Our stay at Haydn Hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were helpful and our room had the perfect view over the Christmas market (room 128). The location was excellent with easy U-Bahn connections and close to the Opera, many museums and the ring. I would stay here again.

i would recommend this hotel to anyone who want a comfy bed and cheap accomadtion. the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. it was clean and located in the a perfect place. try the resturant below the hotel, again was very impressed.

This hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The price is reasonable, the breakfast is great, and the room was very nice. I would definitely stay here again when in Vienna.

We arrived by train from Budapest. It was easy to get to the hotel on the undergound. The hotel was super warm but you could open the window for sleeping. Quiet. No complaints.

The staff at the hotel are rude and aggressive. This made the stay very unpleasant. The first room we were offered stank like cigarette smoke, in the second, the bathroom smelt like an open sewer. The location is central but on a busy, noisy street opposite a contruction site. I would never, ever stay there again. I ws very disappointed.close

Ask if breakfast is included in your room - I didn't realize this at first and missed it the first morning. Very close to the "Neubaugasse" subway/U-Bahn station on the U3 line, very convenient. Perphaps is a hostel without caracter or fun, but the stay was very pleasent, and the food is good. Security is damaged by unconecction between the reception and the rooms.
