Clean Hostel, Not the most central location but convinent enough with 2 or 3 subway stops to the center. I would stay there again.

Nice place to enjoy two nigths in Vienna. Not very fun, but clean and quiet if you need a rest after a hard day. Breakfast is not so broad but perfect to begin the day. I recommend it.

Don't go unless last resort. Had a awful time. No fun and all kids ages 13 to 15. Don't really want to spend time with teenie boopers. Staff very poor in suggestions. Nothing to do in this hostel. Wish I would have stayed somewhere else, and not in great area of town. Worst stay I have had.

I was pick pocketed in Vienna and lost my wallet. The staff was unbelievable accomodating and helpful in a difficult situation. San even let me use his cell phone to call Visa international. The bathrooms were spotless and the beds (and pillows!) were very comfortable.

Very Nice Place, will stay here again. Was close to trams and subway so the multi day transport pass worked great (trains every 5 mins - even on sunday so no waiting) The room was a touch narrow but extremly clean. Breakfast was a nice touch

First night there was a school group on the floor above and the noise travelled a lot but they did give earplugs

Stayed one night...basically what you'd expect out of any hostel. Good directions, close to public transport, I'd recommend it.

Typical hostel, big and institutional feeling. Breakfast wasnt too great. Quite a way from the main town, use the subway!!!

If ur looking for a party scene... don't stay here. If your looking for a family friendly place for the kids, then its the place to be. Kids roaming around everywhere which factors into their no alcohol rule.

The hostel is very clean and there's always a person on the front door, even the night time. But the staff isn't so much kind and gentle, excessively serious sometimes. The hostel has a subway station just 2 blocks away, and that helps a lot.

I had a bag stolen with my laptop in it from someone staying in my room, whilst i was out for the day.The staff at the hostel were wonderful the young guy behind the counter helped me organise a day trip and should me the police station to report my stolen property. Follow the direction they give on the internet. the bed and the bathroom are clean. and the staff is very helpful. It's a good hostel. :)

Pretty bland appearence and character. Doesn't provide any unique ways to meet others. The staff was very friendly, but not the best at giving directions. It wasn't a bad stay, but not the best! I was here for 2 nights and a day, so take this with a grain of salt.

It would be great if at breakfast there was ham or something similar. The pillows were too thin and they should be folded in two so as to get a proper thickness.

This hostel is excelent. But if you want fun, forget it. The rooms are very nice and clean. Is not very near to the city, but ok. Something i didnt like was that i have to pay for internet! Was the first hostel i had to pay...

Very modern, clean and safe hostel. However, it does feel a bit institutional, and not really within walking distance of much that you would want to do or see, so you need to catch the metro/tram etc to get to most places. Still, a good place if you need a safe and clean environment.

está lejos del centro histórico y el barrio es algo desangelado, igualmente podés llegar al Belvedere caminando. Es muy limpio, el desayuno correcto, el personal correcto . Faltaría algo de diversión.
