My friend and I booked two beds in this Panda Hostel and they gave us one...I mean, we're good friends...but...that kind of sucked. Also, our room smelled like urine (seriously).

The dorms smelled of cigarettes every morning from the receptionist. There are rude signs everywhere, making guests feel anything but welcome. Lock-out is from 10 to 2 everyday. There is no stove. I was supposed to stay longer but left after 3 days because it was so awful. I gave 72-hours notice, but they hassled me about getting money back. For an extra Euro or two, one can stay in a much friendlier and cleanlier hostel.close

I don't actually know how the staff are, since they weren't around the majority of the time. Love the building - it's old and a beat. The dorms are nice and cozy and it feels like being at home. Small, but sufficient space for sure. Not a party place, but not bad for meeting other travellers....

It is liek a big hotel. Far from everything. Our lights didnt work in our room, dryers didnt work which we found out after we washed all our clothes. But they have a bar on site and fun nights. Not that great for exploring Prague but its alright to stay in. It kind of seems like they tried to...

Couldn't quite work out why we had to be out at 10- surely if lock out was between say 12 and 4 we could all stay in bed longer to nurse hangovers?

The hostel was ok ...not bad, not great. It is close to public transport ...I would probably stay there again if they didnt kick u out at 10am each day so they can apparently clean the hostel for 4 hrs.

The hostel is a half an hour walk from the centre. You don't get locks, you should bring them. You have to leave the hostel at 10 a.m., although i don't know why. The staff threatens with fines for everything. It was a very clean place!

No volveré.

Wierd place. Loacation is good but because of the lock-out time the place is not for the party people. For a cheap place to sleep its ok.

Clean, comfortable and plenty of room to crash out, but the 10-2 lock out is a bit of a pain.

There are notes everywhere telling you not to have fun (or words to that effect) and they kick you out from 10.00 til 2.00 to 'clean' though it isnt particularly. Cheap though...for Vienna.

There is no staff during day time, and when they are there they have stony faces. The hostel is clean, but in the middle of a red light district, with lots of gogo bars. It's ok for groups of travellers, but don't go there when you travel alone.

Definitely recommended. Very unique dorms, nicely furnished and clean. Not bad location, around 10 min walk from Westbahnof station. Only downpoint was no luggage storage, but you can store stuff in the station for E2.50.

It is a very small hostel with only two showers so mornings are hectic. No stove or oven so cooking meals are hard but very clean and nice. Not really a party place but the lady who works there is very helpful and gives you all sorts ofinfo about the area so that is good.

Absence of luggage room might be a problem.Cleaned carefully during the lock-out hours.Looks more than a regular appartment rather than a hostel.A quarter on foot from the center. And if it wasn't for a bunch of annoyingly loud "individuos" it would be more "bonito".

The staff is only there from 8-10 in the morning. There is a lock out each day at 10. When we got there all of the keys were taped to the front of the door, so make sure to lock your stuff up. It's a nice little apartment hostel for the quiet traveler. Very clean but only one bathroom!
