This place is luxurious as hostels go and the underground brings you into the centre of Vienna in about 5 minutes but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

It was nice, except that we could hear all the noise in the hallways, and this huge group of people were partying out in the dorms right next to us, so.... every time they opened their door... well ye.

The most institutional boring place outside of a H.I. Have stayed at Wombats before, which I highly recomend, but it was booked. This was not a good alternate choice, at least it is very clean.

Clean-cut hostel near the metro, shops around. Does the trick for the money.

I loved it! We arrived with car from Zagreb and had absolutely no problem finding the place, and when we parked the car, we foun u-bahn station some 100 meters away. It was clean and the stuff was very helpful.

Is this a hostel? Not judging from all the families and middle-aged couples staying here. Breakfast is rubbish, don't bother. Staff are extremely slow and inattentive. Otherwise; clean, decent drink prices at bar and nice big rooms/bathrooms.

jsst your average boring chain hostel, with good beds but not much else, the kitchen is inadequate, and always dirty. no tea towels are provided so no one washes up

This hostel was very clean, easy to find, and the staff was really nice. There were no security lockers, though, in our 6-person room. Otherwise, I definitely enjoyed my stay there!

I spent two night at the hostel and may state that its personnel is friendly and dedicated, the hostel is clean and cosy, located close to the South railway station and underground station. A breakfast is cheap but delicious. I enjoyed my stay at the hostel.

This was a very good hostel, with large, clean rooms and nice bathrooms. It was ideally located near a Metro stop for access to all of the main sights and had a nice square nearby with great food. Would definitely recommend this place.

It was an alright hostel but the staff were not that friendly and the rooms needed a decent cleaning every now and then!

Unfortunately it feels like sleeping at a corporate hotel. It does the job, but there's absolutely no personal touches. The staff at the counter had zero personality, and when I had needed help, one in particular was incredibly unfriendly.

EL HOSTEL ES BASTANTE MODERNO Y ESTA MUY BIEN. TIENES INCLUSO JABON EN EL BAÑO, GENTILEZA DEL HOSTEL Y TELEVISIÓN Y TELÉFONO, QUE AUNQUE NO LOS USAMOS ME HIZO GRACIA. AUNQUE NO ESTA EN EL CENTRO ESTA MUY CERCA DEL METRO.

The breakfast was also good although no soya or ryebread option (these are not expensive or limited products in Austria). However, although our dorm room was spacious and very clean we felt that the TV was a nuisance. There is not much point having a TV in such a room, it is fought over and an unnecessary noise (for many in a foreign language). However, still a great place for weary backpackers!close

Satisifed all our expectations; modern building and rooms, clean and friendly. It's a large, chain-owned hostel, though, so if you expect family charm you might look elsewhere. Also not much "backpacker flair" - lots of normal families and students on school trips as guests.

The hostel was very clean and provided and welcome and comfortable bed for the night. The chap on reception however took a very long time to answer the door and in the end, it was 2 other guests that let me in. I would stay here again though.
