Very nice place with very nice people, it really is a homestay and not a hostel, You get s loads of information and although it s notting fancy I would definetely go there again!

Patrick and Gabrielle couldn't have been better hosts. They make you feel very welcome in what is, really, their apartment. This isn't one of the big chain hostels and I think, in a way, that made my trip to Vienna even better than it was.

Very good location 15 min walk to the center of the city, Patrick and his girlfriend are very nice people to meet.Clean and nice play to stay!!!!

Really friendly host Patrick and his girlfriend. Location is also good: 2 minutes' walk to the subway and 10 minutes' walk to town. The room is clean and bright.

A really good hostel to stay at. Patrick and Gabrielle made the stay that much better as they were laid back and gave great advice on where to go. Sympathetic hostel for travellers who are not afraid of staying in a messy apartment. The location, near the center of Vienna, is almost perfect and the staff is very helpful.

So if you prefer to stay with a good friend rather than with company where you are number XX, stay here. Its not big, not extravagant, but who cares, your traveling. You will have everything you need and more, and the best "staff" ever. STAY HERE!

The finest hostel i/we have ever stayed in. Gabs Pat and of course Rabi were great hosts and contrary to popular belief patrick actually changes his clothes at least thrice-weekly :) Serious though, great hostel, great location, great rooms and great hosts. I wish they were all like this.

go to your shared flat back home for a few days and chill in vienna before continuing your trip, this is how you would feel if you stay with patrick and gabrielle, they are helpfull and friendly and the hostal is VERY well located, just outside the tourist crowds but within walking reach from...

When i was there, there was only Pat, and he really made sure our stay was agreable. It is like sharing their apartment with them. I really enjoyed my stay because of him.

It was a very nice hostel to stay at. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot by telling the nice things to do in Vienna. It was overall very clean and the beds were fine. I recommend this hostel to everyone!

A great hostel with a really good atmosphere, where the guests could socialise easily. It felt more like sharing an appartment - Patrick, running the hostel, was very helpful and clearly enjoyed meeting people passing through. Overall an excellent stay!

This was a great experience, it's more like being a roommate than a backpacker. The place is really cool and retro. Patrik, the guy in charge, is the best. He gives the best advice on the city, he knows it all. Really nice guy! Good luck with the Cheap Cheap Empire, Pat!

We love this place! It is walking distance to the centre of Vienna and the staff were very friendly. We felt like home! We really recomend this place, it is a cheap cheap homestay!!
