I think that there are two type of room, because last time I stay in the pension I had a completely different type of room: newer, and with soap and phon. This time I'm not satisfied.

I was really enjoy my stay in Pension Residenz, nice staff, warm and clean room, excellent location. But the breakfast was a little bit monotone. if you can make a little changes, that would be perfect.

A truly charming pension right in the heart of Vienna. The room was great, breakfast was lovely, and you couldn't ask for a better location!

If you were given a room as we were with a window facing other rooms which completely enclosed our room you would find it impossible to get any fresh air which may be ok in winter but we experienced high temperatures and it was suffocating. I asked for a fan but they didn"t have one. I asked for a fan but they didn"t have one. Also the breakfast room was very stuffy. I could not wait to get out of the place, which is a pity because the position is excellent.close

Very welcoming and accomodating! The breakfast was great. Only a short walk to the inner ring trams, very easy to get to popular Vienna sites. Very clean, private bathrooms, I just loved this place!

This place is fantastic and the best place I've stayed at by far in the five weeks I've been travelling. I highly recommend this place as the location is terrific and it's easily accessible by foot or public transport. The people are very nice and how can you beat free breakfast AND Internet... more This place is fantastic and the best place I've stayed at by far in the five weeks I've been travelling. As for the 'fun' bit it's just a quiet place with mostly adult guests, so one can stick to oneself here easily.close
