we loved the hostel, it was very private and clean, the lady at the reception was wonderful, the only thing that bothered us was the room temperature - very cold.

Good location near the Westbahnhof, TIP: use the trams 5 and 48 to get about, easier than underground. Had 2 nights in a double room which was tiny and then 3rd night in a triple which was massively better, so if at all possible book the bigger room would be my advice otherwise you are living in...

After staying in hostels, it was nice to have a big room to ourselves. Comes with fully stocked kitchen and clean facilities. It was nice, although the staff and location could have been better.

We booked two double bedrooms and were given two bedrooms in completely different buildings even though the room next to ours was empty the whole time. There are loads of signs around the hostel telling you what not to do - very bossy. It was clean, quiet and private though.close

The location is quite good and easy to find. The rooms and bathrooms are also clean. We booked a double room. It's quite large inside. The kitchen is good too. But the staff is not helpful. When we settle the payment, that woman is like very sleepy and not welcoming and talk with us impolitely.

The hostel is hard to find, as the name of the street provided in the instructions was different from the name of the street, ie one was shorten. Given that we're new to the place and doesn't know the language, so, it was hard.

the staff is not present in the building and share the appartement with 2 others rooms is okay. The decoration of the room is ugly, but all the things you have at home is there. Great.

Hostel was kept very clean with cleaning stuff everywhere, so if you are a real germophobe you can take care of it. The apartment is not so much an apartment but rather about 5 rooms that share bathrooms and kitchen in a building other than the one reception is located.

It is a great place to stay. It is originally a flat that have been transformed into a hostel. We got upgraded and had even a sofa and TV. But make no noise...there are people living there and you are not able to party as wild animals...

Very helpful receptionist, really nice. Our room was right beside the bathroom, we had a couple of ppl showering at 3am in the morning which wasn't great otherwise the stay was comfortable.

Hostelworld is misleading it's customers. The "deposit" that is required is actually a non-refundable service charge put in place by Hostelworld; the actual Hostel never sees a cent. I reccomend booking directly with the hostel of your choice in order to avoid this misleading charge and...

The only down side of Lauria's rooms is that it doesn't have luggage storage other than that it got everything needs and requires.

The place was very charming with a decent location (approx. a 20min walk to the Museum's Quarter). Every door was locked, with seperate keys. Staff was friendly but had little contact with guests.

The 'hostel' is only opened for a few hours a day and so on arrival I read a note on the door saying I had to collect keys from a bar across the road and pay in the morning. Fair enough. We had a car and the parking in the area is a bit of a nightmare so definitely would deter people from using this if they had cars. The area itself is a little on the seedy side with what looks like a not of curb crawlers and strip bars nearby. I wouldn't use this again.close

The receptionist chain-smoked all day in the very small eating food area. One toilet and 2 showers for 20+ people. No cooking facilities except microwave, toaster and electric jug. The pits.
