The colors of the rooms are very nice, the common aereas have all the things you need and they are very cosy. The staff is veeery kind.

This was my best hostel experience ever! The service was amazing, the hostel was very nice, close to public transportation, very inexpensive and had a good vibe to it. The owner is such a sweet man and I highly recommend to everyone.

It took a bit of time for the staff to thaw out a bit, but after a few days we did get some smiles. The welcome glass of wine was a nice touch. The place is great, good kitchen, and I would love to take the cleaning staff home with me. In shost: basic but good value for money.

I stayed in one of the rooms in the basement and I thought it was one of the best hostels I have stayed in so far. Everything was relatively new and the bathroom/shower area was kept very clean. The location is super close to one of the main underground stations making tranportation easy. We never had to take a taxi anywhere.close

recommended, it was my second stay there. great location, clean rooms. we stayed in the basement dorm and although it's extremely cheap I don't think it's "worse" than the other rooms.

The staff was terrible and unhelpful. Very nice experience and i will be guest of the hostel whenever i will be in Vienna. The location is very good and you can reach walking the center and the Schonnbrun from there. Very friendly and well disposed staff.

We lived in room number 1 on the ground floor with a window on the street. There was little noise from the street. Otherwise, everything was OK.

The hostel is really really nice! Staff were really helpful and really friendly! The rooms and showers are kept clean and even if you don't have your own... still really private! really modern and really close to Westbahnhof so location is perfect! Can't fault it..... super stay! :D

I only stayed here for one night and arrived v late so cant really give fair comment. However the part of the hostel we were staying in was strange, but not uncomfortable. The main 'complex' seemed pleasant at a glance. Not v impressed with our part though. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Nice and close to the train station, sort of a hotel with a hostel added on as a second thought. Very clean. Only takes a t8 minute tube ride to the middle of town.

positives-clean, close to main train station, showers, free internet and good kitchen. Negetives- couldn,t put plastic, glass or cans in fridge (so what can i put in?) and room was very hot and noisy, especially when the guy in the next room laughed and snored.

the free internet is perfect! and room is spacious with plenty of places to put the personal stuff. the toilet is a bit smelly but fine. great facilities, esp the perfect kitchen!!!

Good location if you want to be near the train station. However the showers had no hot water, and there were 3, they also filled up so 2 minutes in you are ankle deep in water!! They do have a laundry service and interent which is good but not worth then money we paid for our twin room as the...

Had a good stay. Nice walk into the city, free internet and a great kitchen. My only complaint is that somebody (apparently not staff) threw out our food from the fridge and people didn't really clean up after themselves - if the dishwasher was full they left everything lying around. Aside from...
