The apartment is excellent. It is only a short walk from Westbahnhof and the museum quarter. Public transport is right up the street. Clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. I would highly recommend it.

This is by far the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in. The receptionist is so kind. It is however quite quiet, which for me was a nice relaxing break. If you are looking for a romantic place to stay in Vienna than look no further.

Really nice lil spot. Only 5min walk to the metro whcih takes 15min to get into the heart of vienna. If u looking for soemwhere quiet and clean to relax for a few days looking around i recommend.

We had an apartment and it was great. Very clean, spacious, modern, with all the utilities needed, close to a mall and a metro station. After a day of sightseeing, walks in the parks and visits to the museums of beutiful Vienna, it was very relaxing to come back into our room. The accommodation was clean & comfortable & spacious. Hostess was a very good hostess. There was foul language on the gate door & graffiti on the downstairs corridor which was not welcoming. Downstair corridor to the lift at times was smelling. Ram

The best thing about Bag&Map is that you get an apartment at the price of a hostel. The apartment is ab. 15 min. walking distance from the center of Vienna, very clean, very nice. it's a lovely place, but the lift just can use once you got the room key, the reception is on the third floor, so if you have big luggage, this is a big difficulty. But the room is lovely, there is no oil, salt or something can use in the kitchen, so .....

Pay hostel prices but get own small apartment with kitchen, not a party place, as such. Close to transport. Recommended especially for couples / families.

the hotel was clean looking, but we woke up with bites all over us, we think it was someting in the bed? but as soon as we left, the bites stopped! Good location, just 2 stops to shops, and 4-6 to main sights.

The rooms are amazing. So much space. Great place to stay. You can walk from the train station to the hostel and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

This is a really nice place, especially if you are staying for a longer period of time. Great location in the center of Vienna, but outside of the tourist mainstream area.Great apartment with good beds and well equipped kitchen. Easy access to public transports.

Don't worry about the frontside of the House. The rooms inside, are big, very clean and new. It was a pleasure to sleep in these beds and to take a shower at the next morning. Bag and map is a small appartment with two bedrooms and a small kitchen you share. It is very clean but a little sad. The staff not very communicative. yvon et eliane

We had a nice stay in Vienna at the Bag&Map. The building is very close to the U-bahn (Burgstrasse) and pretty close to the center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The starecase does not look very well and it smells pretty bad too, but once you get used to it....I would definetely...
