The apartment is about a 20 minute walk into the center and is close to a couple of nice cheap supermarkets. It has four rooms and was sufficiently clean. There's a kitchen with all things needed for cooking in it, there's also a fridge.

We really enjoyed our stay at Apt. Alessa. The room was clean, cozy and had everything a girl can need - closet with a big mirror ;-) I highly recommend this hostel. It's located in a friendly neighborhood and it's only 15 minutes (by bus) away from the center.

We were alone in the apartment, no staff in this building. The reception is in the building opposite to Apt. Alessa, nad they are only available in the morning. Besides, the kitchen is very poor, and has not enough facilities. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

A bit pricey, but cheap lodging in Vienna was hard to find, and for the extra money, this wasn't a bad bet. Clean, if small, double room; showers; located in an apt building, obviously. You will need to take public transport, but Vienna is big, anyway. Staff were very eager to help, but not...

For the price, Apartment Alessa was a good choice. The room was clean and quiet and I felt safe leaving my things there. I would have improved on the mattress and the lighting in the hallway outside the hostel. In general, I was pleased with my stay.

This is a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the heart room, which was lovely. The room was spotless, very comfortable and the staff were helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location is not the best, but it was perfect for what we needed. Thankyou very much.

Took us about half an hour to realise how to get into the appartment because we arrived late. (Tip: The second you push the buzzer the door is unlocked). All in all was a lovely place to stay! Great having a mini-appartment to yourselves.

The room we stayed in looked very nice, with wood furniture, small and cosy. In 10-15 minutes by foot you are in one corner of the Ring. Not much interaction with other people, but this is not very important to us.

A bit random, run by a very nice lady who is unbelievably helpful. Communal kitchen but not much space, more like a place to sleep than somewhere you'd actually hang out though. but nice.

Apartment Alessa was a nice place to stay for a group, but if you are traveling by yourself probably isn't your best bet. The bathrooms and showers were clean, as was the kitchen. There is a nice dining area for eating or chatting as well. Not much interaction with the staff or others to judge...

Nice little hostel; location is a little bit farther out from the city center than one might like, and the rooms are quite small, but still a nice place to stay.

You have to pick up the keys from a different place but that's nearby as well. One of the staff members is really useful and friendly while the other one just comes to the appt. to smoke and is happiest when not spoken to! The room was fine, the kitchen was well-equipped and that was a good advantage. We didn't really meet many people and from that point of view the hostel was very dull. For a cheap central place to stay it's good, but if your aim is to meet other people and go out and have a ball then perhaps look elsewhere. Overall, good value for money.close

Not the very best location, but very near to the oldest parts of the city and all of the museums that were worthwhile. The staff we didn't see much of, but what little interaction we did have with them they were helpful. The hostel itself was very clean and very livable.

The room was small but well-equipped. It could have been better ventilated for the abnormal heat, but as it was, it was tolerable at nighttime.

Nice place to stay, good security, staff was helpful and gave directions on where to go. Very quiet, we werent much interested in meeting other travelers so this was good for us. We were scheduled to stay at Apt. Alessa but actually stayed at the Panda, a sister hotel right across the street.

Convenient location near to Mariahilfe Shopping Area, near to tram stop, U-bahn and main transit station - Westbanhof. At least 2 shopping markets nearby. Cosy rooms, clean & quiet environment. Cafe stop nearby serves good Austrian & Hungarian dishes at very reasonable prices.
