The location cannot be beat! Very spacious, especially for Venice. It wasn't clean when we first arrived, but we wandered the surrounding streets while we waited to move our stuff in, so it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely recommend, and I would stay here again in the future!

great apartment in a great location. buy fresh fish and vegetables in the rialto market and cook a delicious dinner in your apartment kitchen! Very friendly services. I would stay here again.

We were staying in one of the six-bed appartments on the third floor, and it was great. Large bathroom, and a room with entry, kitchen, a small sofa and a kitchen table corner. Brilliant location. This accomodation is in a perfect location and getting there is relatively easy. Had some difficulty with navigating which direction the ACTV boats travel in and ended up having to try twice. The hostel is very central located between St.Marco square and Rialto Bridge.The appartment has even a washing-machine.Thanks for the nice stay.

Not many windows, a bad kitchen(you cannot kook on it) no where to sit/(eat) and there's nothing like a balkony. it had a good bahtroom.

Stayed in the little top-floor studio flat. Unbeatable location makes it great value. We were met and escorted to the property. English is spoken by staff. Clean and comfortable with decent kitchenette and all you'll need to SC. Don't look anywhere else.

Excellent Apartment. Is my 2nd stay here. Great Owners. We actually booked the wrong date and they rearrange the correct date FOC for us. GREAT and BIG THANK U. Overall we loved it there. Will be back again =)

I would rate this apartment very highly, it is well worth the price and makes for a great stay in Venice. It is, however, a very different experience to staying in a hostel so for lone backpackers this is probably not appropriate.

The hostel has no reception, so remember to call the staff when you are at the Rialto bridge. Otherwise it's impossible to find there!

fantastic and clean, great location. the air con didnt work until the second day, therefore it would be better to give a remote to each apartment so we can adjust the temperature ourselves. apart from that it was great!

They were very helpful, I was supplied a map, and was told where to find reasonably priced restaurant. I was also told where to find lots of interesting sights, and how to use the various water transport systems.

Location different to that advertised, but was good. Did not speak English, difficult to communicate. Apartment was 4th floor with steep stairs. Hot water is a real problem.

Spacious. The night we went there, the staff showed us the way to the apartment from Rialto bridge stop. Only problem is that he speaks only italian. However. the apartment is very very nice. So is the location. Wonderful stay and will stay here next time.

Great location (if you want to be 2 minutes away from San Marco) and useful to have somewhere to cook. Was clean and had a good feel to it. Took a while to get through to staff when we first arrived so best to take a mobile if possible.

Thought description should warn how many flights of steep stairs there are to apartment. Also fire warnings should be more visible inside apartment as cooker is near door leading to wooden steps. Very little crockery etc was supplied and some was in poor condition.

Didnt know what to expect was very impressed with the efficiency, when ringing on arrival, a guy called Mr. Franco met us as at Rialto, he was extremely helpful explaining everything about the appartment etc, would certainly stay there again, superb location. I would recommend this appartment to...

They shifted us to another hotel. It is very near San. Marco square and also very clean, though there is no kitchen at all! I reserve this one just because there is a kitchen. So it's possible that the place you will stay is totally different as what you book. So I can't really make comments to...

PERFECT LOCATION!!! 10 min walk from St. Mark's square. Definitely worth the money. Nice room with huge locks, very safe. Definitely staying ehre again.

It´s an apartment, not a hostel, so don't expect anything beyond a place to sleep, a kitchen, a bathroom and a map. But the location of our apartment was great (ours was in San Marco, about 5 minutes from Rialto and the Piazza), and we were able to cook our own meals, which helped defray some of the cost of extremely expensive Venice. A good choice for a small group that wants a place to be alone and relax. Not good if you are looking for new people, or if you want any guidance in seeing Venice.close

Pero repito, la localización es magnífica está en pleno centro y en 10 minutos puedes llegar a Rialto o a Piazza San Marco.close

Lovely - recommended. On top floor and very steep stairs, so elderly/infirm/those with knee problems be warned. Also, only one glass (for wine!) and one kife...but lovely staff so I'm sure they've probably been stolen and would be replaced with a gentle reminder. Good value for money,...
