We (2 adults and 3 teenagers) spent a week in this apartment. The location was an absolute dream. The apartment was immaculately clean, the owners friendly and helpful, and everything - even the plumbing(!) worked. The perfect base for holidaying in Venice.

The owners of the apartment were extremely friendly. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is well set up for cooking,and laundry, the new bathroom is a nice feature.The apartment is in an excellent location,minutes to the Rialto bridge.

Very close to Rialto Bridge. Great shopping and food nearby. Mr Chiapperini was an excellent host, and helped us with restaurants in the area and transportation to the airport

Very cute little apartment in a great location near the Rialto bridge. Air conditioning was EXTRA however, and it was a little noisy because of a jazz club with outdoor seating almost directly beneath it. I would stay there again though! :)

I would really recommend. Spotlessly clean facilities, centrally located in a very old part of Venice. The owner lives above the aprtment and is ever so helpful. It is realatively quiet, although there is a restaurant below. A pleasure to have stayed there.

Very helpful beautiful lady owner. Highly recommended for a family with kids. This apartment is located strategically in the heart of Venice. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location a few minutes' walk from the Rialto bridge. Sleeping arrangements only suitable for a family or good friends. Two single matresses have reached the end of their useful life. "Fun" is not really an appropriate heading for rating this property, which is in an ideal...

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials along with a surprise bottle of wine in the fridge. It had a good lot of appliances but a microwave would have been handy. This is an excellent spot. Small, cosy apartment very close to Rialto market where you can nip out to buy breakfast. We had 5+ staying and we loved the sense of being Venitians and cooking in the well equiped kitchen. Owners very helpful. Absolutely sweet. We shall go again.

Would thouroughly recommend this lovely, family owned appartment. Right in the heart of Venice, about 1 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, but not on a main thoroughfare, so peaceful.

Apartment Sansoni was extremely wonderful for a group of people! The apartment was extremely clean and convenient, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch!

Great location, owner very nice and helpful, enjoyed our stay very much. Very convenient location, less than 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco

Amazing. Best location. Best accomodation in venice for the price. Apartment is so nice. Definitely worth it. The hosting family was incredibly lax and nice. Got a free boat ride to Murano. Awesome!

Amazing location in Central Venice, 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge and markets, 10-15 min walk to Piazza San Marco, lovely are4a that felt really safe. A very simple apartment with basic ammenities but the location and charm make up for this easily.
