Not a bad place in accomodation-expensive Venice. We did have a slight ant problem at the start, but it seemed to clear away quickly enough. The hotel is on the third floor, and the elevator is quite small and slow, so expect a few trips up three flights of stairs!

Very nicely decorated hotel in old Venetian style, very expensive although all of Venice is. Great location, although got moved to another building, still nice. Breakfast was good but staff are a bit strict and cold.

Great value for money! Nice rooms and friendy staff in the middle of old town venice. breakfast nothing special but included in the price of the room so it was ok. Ok to leave bags when checked out, even though they didn't have any lockers to put the bags in it was pretty safe. No common rooms... more Great value for money! A perfect hostel for a perfect price. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Large and good beds. The only thing that was not that good was the shower that could not be hung, so you had to hold it all the time.

Nice hotel not too far from St. Marks and a short walk from the boat stop. We had a private room for 3 with AC and our own bathroom though it was in a different building far from the lobby.

The Room was simply excellent, the staff was very helpful. The only thing that I did not like was the little street where it is located, since is kind of scary the first time you see it, but once you are inside the building the story changes completely. It was a palace compared to some of the places we stayed at...considering the price though, it should have been extremely nice. Location was great, right next to Accademia stop. Staff was never around, but we did have a nice breakfast outside. If trying to meet other people, do not stay here.

Very nice hostel! Right near Accademia ferry stop. Get a Venice card on arrivel! You need one anyway. Staff are very nice and breakfast was excellent! Thanks for a great stay!

It's a bit hard to find it since it's located in a very smally alley. The alley has a terrible smell, like toilet! Besides that, we had good stay there for one night, small bathroom, but clean. This is more of a hotel than a hostel. We had to walk to another building from check in but it wasn't far. This place is about a 15 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. It was clean and the staff were lovely. This place in a bit more expensive than others but with the money saved on water taxi it's...

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I booked the hotel the day before I planned to arrive in Venice, my plans changed and I canceled the reservation over the phone the same day. The receptionist did not speak English well, so I decided to visit the hotel to cancel the reservation in person. I left a large note... more VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! The receptionist did not speak English well, so I decided to visit the hotel to cancel the reservation in person. I left a large note for the manager and I spoke with the receptionist and was assured that everything would be fine. I even called the next day to confirm that my reservation was canceled, and was told that it was. A few days later I was charged. I called the hotel to dispute the charge and the manager said, "why should I refund you"? We did not stay at the hotel, but the location and lobby seemed fine. However, the staff is underhanded and unreliable. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.close

Nice hotel; simple but good breakfast included; very clean... perfect location... tho only minor disadvantage was that there's no shower curtain and the whole bathroom gets wet... but apart from that... we had a great time here and would recommend this lovely place to everyone!!!!!

this hostel is more like a 4 star hotel. my room looked like it has been newly renovated... we had a mini bar fridge, a safe, a tv, AC, and most importantly a clean shower and washroom. perfect!

Although location was down a smelly alley, the overall Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was a very large room with a huge bathroom and a balcony. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Free internet but only one computer and slow internet. 10-15 minutes to St. Mark's Square....
