Excellent location with short walk from railway station and within walking distance to most things (25mins walk to San Marco but can easily catch ferry) Nice big clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. Internet is not free with Wifi and terminal in lobby costig 5E an hour. 10The room was dim and in need of a paint-job. there was black stain in the bathroom/shower and the bed-springs tortured your back during the night. It was just a 1 night fallback and we were glad about it. However: staff, location and breakfast were OK.

1The lady at the front desk was always very nice and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if we were back in Venice.

5I loved the room on the terrasse, it was near a piccolo park so we could ear the sounds from the garden. Both men from the reception were excpetional, in particular the one from the night shift. Thank you!
