Andrea and Lucio warmly welcome you to Palazzo Guardi, a magnificent Venetian palace that dates back to the 15th century. It has been completely restored and turned into 16 highly comfortable, light rooms of superior standard, all furnished in typical Venetian style. Palazzo Guardi is situated in the Accademia area, a central and strategic part of Venice, and located at San Trovaso which is 10 minutes on foot from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Our location makes us easy to get to using public transport. The hotel is divided into 2 structures which offer our guests maximum convenience. One building has a magnificent original central hall, with a breathtaking views and the other building has been turned into the breakfast hall which is adorned with the authentic 15th century wooden beams and decorations. This area can also be used for conferences. All our staff have many years of qualified experience in the hotel business. They are multilingual, speaking English, French, German and Spanish and they will make you feel at home and guarantee a warm welcome and unforgettable stay. We look forward to fulfilling all your needs and to making your stay memorable. Note: 3 days cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so by emailing us Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms, you may cancel your booking for free up to 3 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations received later than 3 days prior to arrival at the hotel will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. Failure to show for your reservation will also result in a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. In case of No-Show the Hotel Management will hold the room for the first night only. Check-in. From 14.00 hrs. Check-out. Within 10.30 hrs.
