“ The owner is very very nice and friendly. The apartment had the little things you need, like salt, olive oil, etc. Plus of course pots, pans, wine opener, etc. Also, super clean. The only thing is that it's a bit dark, you need the lights on even at midday. I would stay here again. ”

Description of Cá Lucia
The simple, refined ground floor Ca' Lucia is located in the San Marco quarters, in the heart of Venice. It is just 10 minute far away from the famous square, and 100 metres away from Palazzo Grassi that was built in the '700' s and still is the base of important art-exhibitions. Ca' Lucia can accomodate 4 people and has an independent entrance, living room, kitchen with divan-bed and television, one double room with exotic tapestry and a bathroom with shower and bath. Cleaning, water, electricity and independent heating are included in the price. Ca' Lucia is easily reachable from both Piazzale Roma and the Train Station using the n° 82 ferryboat (S.Samuele stop). Double sofa-beds: 1 Double beds: 1 Bed linen and towels Cooking facilities Electric fans Heating Kettle Microwaves Radio Refrigerator Satellite TV Toaster Vacuum cleaner Washing machine PLEASE NOTE: 1 or 2 extra beds can be added in the double room. Please note that 25 euro will be charged for arrivals following 22:00 (late check in fee). Balance of Euro is payable in cash upon arrival at the apartment. No credit cards accepted.
