Breakfast was served on disposable plastic plates and the tea and coffee was in plastic cups. This is not environmentally friendly, as well as hot drinks in plastic makes for a bad combination.

We arrived late and they were so sweet that they left the keys for us at a restaurant nearby. They also woke us up in time the next morning to check out in time.

This place is fantastic! The staff were really helpful, the rooms were immaculate and the location is perfect. Definately recommended!

In the very best location, easy reach to everywhere in Venice. Staff are friendly, very clean room. Everything is so new!!! Will go back again!

Excellent place to stay.Lovely helpful staff.quiet location.Only problem was finding place after getting off ferry at san zacceria.would advise to phone ahead and get them to meet you of ferry .will save you at least an hour of treking with luggage

Excellent location. 3 minutes from St Mark's and Rialto. Breakfast brought to your room in morning. Safes in room. Room more like a hotel room than a B&B. 20 second walk to a small canal and Gondela Rides.
