Gina is a great lady and she was very helpful during my stay. The room is very clean and cosy. The location is excellent, second stop from train station on waterbus no. 2. I don't think you should expect to have fun in the bed and breakfast. Venice is enough fun in itself.

The lady who runs the place is lovely and friendly (though speaks very little English). The place is well sited and clean. The help yourself breakfast system is great. We could not have hoped for a better stay in Venice.

It's a very comfort B & B just as home~ It make me suprise that it contains many kitchen equipments including microwave & water boiler. Thanks to Gina~

Happy Venice is one of the lesser-known treasures of Venice, offering excellent facilities at an affordable price. Gina's hospitality is exceptional. I'm already planning my return trip.

This place is very charming. If you are looking for the venice experience you will find it there. Gina the owner is a lovely lady and will do anything and everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Despite not speaking any english , she communicates perfectly. I reccomend this to couples...

¨Happy Venice¨ is our favourite place to stay while visiting Venice (this was our second visit). Great location, very friendly staff, very clean and lots of privacy...great for a couple. We will visit again soon!

Very nice B&B that is close to San Toma ferry stop. Lots to choose from for breakfast. Right next to a canal so great for people watching and also gives you a real feel for Venice. Very good value for money!

We were very happy here. The apartment felt like home. Gina could not speak English, but that did not matter - she is wonderful. So very helpful. Lots of treats around. A very clean, comforable apartment. We highly recommend it.

We loved the happy Venice, great room overlooking a canal and bridge and really clean and well appointed with great breakfast. We were made so welcome by Gina (who although not speaking English still was able to communicate quite well enough with us). Great place, thanks very much.

Gina truly taught us that language barriers don't mean anything. It was an amazing location. The directions they provided were easy to follow. We took water taxi line 2 and it was a snap. Our stay in Venice at Happy Venice was fantastic. Gina is just lovely and leaves you to it. There are plenty of little extras to make it feel special. The room was just beautiful. This place was ultra-clean, and the room imaculate! I was at ease from setting foot there. The hostess does not know english but it did not matter, I received everything I expected. I had no issue with the shared bathroom either.
