Although the location is not in Venice directly, we were looking for something just like this. The atmosphere is great, it was like being at Grandma's house away from Grandma, and with privacy. Susanna is great, they are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again, it was worth the money 110%.

They are so sweet. The place is in Dolo which is a 30 minute bus ride from venice but it goes really fast. i would stay there again if I went back. She picked us up from the train station and offered to drive us back when we left.

I you want a relaxed place to stay thats clean and the staff rocks...go here. The bus ride to venice is really easy and only about 25 mins. The staff here picked us up from the train station and drove us there after we left. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable....very very...

It was great Susanna could take us to and from the airport especialy as we were travelling with 2 bikes in boxes. Her mum, dad and dogs are great and the house beautiful. Cycling around the local villas was spectacular and the bus trip into Venice very convenient.

This was wounderful alternative to staying in Venice. A very easy 40 min bus ride through gorguess country side and the bus stops 100m from the B&B. Why not have it all! lovely Venice & the charm of Italys warm people and cute country side. One of my top stays. Thank-you Craig &...
