Their resturant was something of a novelty, humans in a cage with the monkey outside looking in hoping for a few scraps. Bit of a shock as the alleys leading to the hostel are covered in mud and excrement (cows,dogs,monkeys)area is filthy.Make sure you get a price for any ricksure rides and confirm is that each or total as we got caught out on arrival at our destination l was told that the fee was each.The power kept fequently failing a common avent across India as we discovered usually lasting a few minutes and occassionly longerclose

We had one of the rooms in the turrets overhanging the ghats - domed ceiling, and balcony - would recommend this room particularly.

we were very dissapointed with accomodation and with the manager (owner) as well. we paid for accom and left the hostel in the same day
