Never thought I would say this, but, thank god for American food. If you simply do not like the japanese food and cant get yourself accustomed to it head down to the spacious farm grill. Roast Chicken dishes seem to be a specialty here. Anything with the word grill in the title in Tokyo is okay by me. |

The largest tempura restaurant in Tokyo, with six floors of table and tatami seating. This is a family restaurant. Try the tempura teishoku (a delicate batter-fried fish, seafood, and fresh vegetables) is the specialty of the district. |

The style here is robatayaki, a dining experience! Inside a large U-shape counter, two cooks in traditional garb sit on cushions behind a grill, with food spread out in front of them: fresh vegetables, seafood, skewers of beef and chicken. You point to what you want and your server shouts out the order. The cook then hands it across on an 8-foot wooden paddle. Very entertaining! |

You know that scene in 'Kill Bill Vol. 1' where Uma Thurman aka 'The Bride' kicks the ass of about a million people? This restaurant inspired the setting for that scene. There's a really good atmosphere there, and the staff are always shouting out things together. Food is really good also. |
