The directions to this location were extremely vague. It took my friend and I an hour and a half to find it--not even taxi drivers knew the address, in Japanese OR romaji. The staff were also fantastic, and they were very friendly to foreigners (especially those that make an effort to be polite in Japanese).close

1Staff were excellent and friendly, but limited English. Rooms were excellent and I would stay here again.

1directions from the hamamatsucho station were very vague. perhaps suggest 'look for the building with KITCHENETTE in red neon on the top will help.

2The rooms are amazing. Though the location is a bit of a walk from typical going-out places, you can be on a train in 5 minutes to get anywhere in the city.
