its a love hotel that comes with almost everything, cept a wii like other love hotels. for a couple it is amazing, actually for anyone it is. we had the best time there beats any other stinky backpacker. we'd definately go back.

We were pleasantly surprised by Hotel Xebec. It was very good value - private room, clean, very near Uguisundani station. Since it's also a love hotel there's some funky mood lightig and hundreds of radio stations to choose from. The only downside was that we got a smoking room (i couldn't see anywhere when I was booking to specify non smoking). It didn't smell very much of smoke however. When we were booking it said we could only check in after seven but we checked in at about 1pm no problem.close

Good hostel. Very clean, well located near the station, the staff is helpful. The room included a fridge, a kettle, an hair dryer, a tv and even a karaoke system. There was also a remote control to command different things from your bed (lights, radio, ...). It was possible to order some meal... more Good hostel. It was possible to order some meal before midnight (the choice was limited, but the ramens we choose were good).close

This hotel is very good and is love hotel but if you want stay all day and night is the simce of hotel just one station of ueno good situation price is ok

Great hotel! Karaoke was great, as well as the big tub! However, this IS a love hotel and not just some rennovated family establishment. It's located in a love hotel district. Not appropriate for children unless you want them to turn from cartoons to porn in one click. Also, be warned that they kick you out from 11-6, most likely to rent your room out to "1-hour" couples. Our stuff was moved to different rooms twice. Also, directions are a little messed up. So here's the best I can do: From the JR station, walk left and then up the main street pass McDonald's. Cross to the other side of the street so you don't have to walk the overpasses twice. Keep walking down that main street straight. You'll see a Family Mart on your right. At that point, the road curves and you will go left. Walk a little and you'll see a fly fishing shop on your left. From there, walk diagonally left until you come to a T. Turn left and you'll see it there with lots of hokey burning torches. Enjoy the free condom!close

Difficult to find the location. The directions are not accurate from the station. They stop half way there.
