Located not too far from the main Shinjuku area but not too close where it gets too loud. Quiet place but it was hard to find. Look for the sign on the main street.

Not bad for business travellers. Off the beaten path but not too far to walk to main busy areas of kabukicho and shinjuku station. Very reasonably priced for tokyo!

Very clean. Large comfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. People speak English and are very helpful. Email them to send you address in Japanese to give to taxi Y2500 from station. Food places nearby. Airport train and bus stop at Shinjuku

The staff at the reception counter speaks English, is very helpful with directions and suggestions (e.g., to reserve a seat on the Narita Express train in advance). All in all a perfect location and wonderful service. Free wifi or ethernet connection in room.

The rooms are small, but what do you expect in Tokyo? The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English, and the location is great, within walking/stumbling distance of the Shinjuku nightlife.

Budget hotel, but if on a small budget then it is definitely value for money. One downside is that the hotel is hard to find so it may be wise to take the location down in Japanese as the taxi drivers didn`t know where the hotel was and also couldn`t speak english. It took us three taxi drivers...

Reasonable price and staff know english fairly well. You'll be about a ten minute walk from Shinjuku station. There's a Seven Eleven right around the corner. Overall good facilities in the western style rooms, good staff and good location.

The shower head was broken, the room was incredibly small, the lamp was some gaudy yellow 100 yen plastic lamp. For what they charge for this place, it is clear that they could care less about using some of the money to refurbishing. All they care about is making themselves richer. The only good thing about this place is the location, which is pretty decent, but there are tons of hotels in the area. Look elsewhere.close

The location is excellent. It is 5 minutes walk from Kabukicho and 15 minutes on foot from JR SHinjuku Station. You can go anywhere in Tokyo within an hour including walking time. This is a huge advantage in a massive city like TOkyo. However, the hotel is located in where quiet neighborhood starts. So you don`t have to worry about urban noises and neon lights. Do your stuff and just come back for comfort. Although the room is tiny, the staffs speak English very well and they have a lot of experience in hosting foreigners. Main types of the clients are Japanese businesspeople who missed their last train to their suburb home or foreign budget travellers like me. I think that this hotel deserves higher reommendation. I really love this place.close
