Huge hotel very well served in every regard especially Narita airport transfers. Reasonable room size for Tokyo. Good check in & out service. Excellent multi lingual concierge. Well connected via nearby underground lines. All in all highly recommended.

it was a great location, definitely a business travellers hotel. if you are a larger person, it may be hard to feel comfortable. the beds are pretty small, and the slippers wont fit your feet! but hey, who stays in their hotel room for anything but sleep in tokyo. i would say it is an average... more

5 mins walk from Ueno station so good location for exploring Tokyo. Rooms compact but clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Free internet in reception, though only 1 PC avilable.
