However, I don't recommend this place if you want to stay out past 12:30 because they lock the doors. They also have a strange rule that you can't be in your room between 10am and 4pm. I ended up paying for an extra half day because my flight wasn't until 6pm. The room was fine but smelled like cigarettes.close

Good business type hotel. helpful staff and handy location for Shinjuku. pretty anonymous but great value for money (especially with the included breakfast)

Great place to stay if you're on a budget. Although interior and overall feel is definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it gives you the standard amenities. It is super clean. So if you're thinking of staying out late and partying, this may not be the place. Otherwise, it's pretty decent for its value.close

Great place to stay in Shinjuku! There is breakfast an an onsen included. I had a nice room. It was very comfortable!

Good value western style business hotel, in a quiet and safe location, a very short walk from the fab neon lights of Shinjuku and the convenience of the metro. It's not the place to go to meet fellow... more Good value western style business hotel, in a quiet and safe location, a very short walk from the fab neon lights of Shinjuku and the convenience of the metro. Buffet breakfast included as free in Hostelworld booking was well worth getting up for. It's not the place to go to meet fellow travellers or experience Japanese culture, but if you want a good night's sleep and to ease in gently to Tokyo then this is a good place to go. As a woman travelling on her own for the first time in Japan this was just what I needed for my first few days whilst building up my confidence to branch out! Sharon, London, April 2007close

I thought overall a very nice hotel. I didn"t much like the lockout times but understood why they were in place. The staff was really nice and pleasant.

The location of Tokyo Business Hotel is quite good, the staff are friendly. However, the cleanliness is only average as I found there was hair on the bed.
