A nice and cheap place to stay. Friendly staff found a pair of lost Minney Mouse ears after we left and we even got them back :) The walls let through ALL sounds so whispering doesn't mean you're keeping it to yourself...

The best value in Tokyo. A bit out of the way (Asakusa is far from Shibuya/Shinjuku) - but large dorm beds, extremely clean, great staff, and lots of perks (free wifi, laundry machine, etc...) If I return to Tokyo, I know where I will stay!

really good place to stay if your looking to relax after a busy day in tokyo, although a little out of the centre, i feel that its not really that much effort to get to and asakusa has plenty to offer at night, the staff are all helpful and its cheap and clean. v.good hostel.

I was pleasantly surprised! I stayed in a dorm the first night and a private room the second night. I actually liked the dorm a bit more. Fun environment! There are backpackers that stay here from all over the world. I would recommend this place!

Good information posts in hostel but unhelpful and unflexible staff. Incredibly thin walls, can here people snoring in the next room. Little natural light. Stuffy common room. Tiny toilets and wash rooms. The one on my floor had sick on one morning.. You get a bit less than what you pay for here.

My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin, if you're a light sleeper like me you might be irritated by hearing other guests all night. I definitely recommend this hostel it has a great atmosphere.close

Excellent location in cheap price! The room is cramped and has a bad smell. The bathroom and common room are too tight. Nice staff, they help us to keep the thing that my friend forgot. This is a good place to meet people around the world.

Best thing about this hostel is its location in Asakusa - great places to eat and wander about. Fab shopping street. Close to the metro too so easy to see rest of Tokyo. Free internet access was good. Room itself was tiny but to be honest we didnt spend much time in it so didnt matter!

There's a really strange atmosphere to this hostel... it's also very bizarre to have its entire capacity congregated in one room that serves as reception, kitchen (barely big enough for one person!), TV room, dining room, internet access and sinks and showers!
