“ This hotel cannot be faulted. However, there is a tram stop right out the front which is on one hand very useful (connects to the long-distance bus station), but on the other hand is a bit noisy - the trams screech as they take the corner. Some ear-plugs might be useful if you're a light sleeper. ”

Description of Skane Hotel
Hotel Skane is located in the centre of Tallinn and named after the historic Skane bastion that is near the hotel. The hotel was built in the beginning of the twentieth century, and has now been fully renovated. The hotel has three floors. The reception and restaurant are on the ground floor with guest rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. The hotel has 38 rooms including 10 singles, 17 twins with separate beds and 11 doubles with one large bed. There are specially allotted rooms for smokers and for guests suffering from allergies. Every room has WC with shower and is equipped with TV and telephone. Hotel Skane is situated at Kopli Street. The convenient location provides quick and easy access to Tallinn's medieval old town and harbour.
