Good location near to Old Town, but difficult and far to reach from bus station. Toilet could be better with more cleaning.

There was an error in our booking, so he was able to upgrade our room. He also helped with recommendations and suggestions. By the way, on your website, your directions say to take Tram #6 to get to the guest house. Trouble is, there is no tram #6, only trams #1, 2, 3 and 4. We wasted a lot of time trying to find the guesthouse by relying on the directions on the web site. Please correct them. Evan Golderclose

You could walk past this straight if you did not know where it was. It's a decent enough place, with an excellent location at the edge of Toompea. The rooms could have better ventilation, though, and there could be more common space for the guests to hang out and meet each other.

The Walls are very thin and you can listen to everything happening in other rooms. TV didn't worked. Bath was not clean. Beds were horrible. I've been to many cheap hostels but I wouldn't go back nor recommend this one.

We booked a 4 single beds room, which was not available when we arrived. We were offered 2 double beds rooms, including one with higher standards. Anyway that was not what we booked, the double beds not being appropriate as we were not couples.

Reception on the fourth floor - my noisy room in an other sectorof the building. One morning no warm showers. People told me the building belongs in the WW II to the Gestapo(!). To be honest: location and price wear great!

the hostel is only a part of the building, very central, at a main road, if windows are closed then it´s quite calm, difficult till impossible for handycapped people, breakfast is eatable and if you add your own apple, then basic good, doorlocks are sometimes difficult to open

City Guesthouse has an excellent location and he staff are very friendly and reliable. Accomodation is Basic - think Travel Lodge w/o the TV and Kettle. This is a great place to use as a base to hit the bars and clubs but not a place that you would book for a romantic get away.
