The oldest bar in Sydney and still one of the best. Situated in an old sandstone building in the area under the arch of Sydney Harbour Bridge in the Rocks. Great music sessions and a lovely atmosphere.

The best thing about the Hero is the live music on weekends, it's fantastic. Well worth a look. Pub closes pretty early though as it's in a residential area but there are plenty of others to move on to.
