Everything was perfect. The Haven Inn is very nice place with perfect atmosphere, good location and price. I just didn´t recive back 10% booking fee which I paid before staying. I had to pay the whole price (not the price without 10%).Is it correct?

The staff are helpful, anything you want to know, want booking, or help with just ask. There is no lift but the taff will arrange to have your bags taken to your room. the pool is over shadowed by the building, so a little cool to start but not bad. There is a good variety of food stores, both restruants and small grocery stores along Glebe Point Road. A very pleasant stay.close

Arrived at given time and date to find no room available. They did however find us another one, and took us there, but by then it was midnight. They also collected us the next day for the remaining 2 nights. Easy to get around from there. Nice pool.

The windows were singlazed and I on two sides for the bed and I could not sleep with the traffic. The Bed cover was dirty. The Berakfast finished at 9 and even when I was the at 9 It was too late. I did not complain as somebody else complained while I was there and they got no sadisfaction. When I checked out I was not offered a bill reciept and Had to ask for one to be printed. I felf very insecure during my stay there and so did my colleague who will let you now. I was glad to be out of there.close

I walked into and staright out of the hotel, they refused to give me a refund, even though she had said to the couple in front they could get a refund as they were also refusing to stay. Avoid this place like the plague, try travel lodge in wentworth avenue, same price and miles better.close

The room was clean and good value, but it was extremely noisy, being right on the corner. Also, if you are going to advertise a "heated"swimming pool, you should heat it to a temperature that's acceptable- it was far too cold to actually swim in.

I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Sydney City area. All rooms also have a nice TV, extra bed and a DVD player which just adds to the services. My rating is 9/10!close

The staff was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay and would suggest it highly. The walk into City Central Sydney was delightful as i passed many small markets and fresh fruit stands to get snacks for the day. For the price and location it was a great deal.
