Over the new year period when there were several guests there they had the resturant closed which was a major inconvience for us as many of the local shops were shut as well asnd we found that we were forced to go into the city centre for our meals. If the resturant was closed other facities should have been provided so that we could have at least had a bowl of cereal for breakfast.close

The staff is not friendly. Don't believe in that only take 3mins from strathfield station, that is only referring to traveller who has their own transport. It took more than half hour to the motel by walking. Not many bus passing by though in front the motel has a bus station. And it always take... more The staff is not friendly. Not many bus passing by though in front the motel has a bus station. And it always take half an hour just waiting for the bus come!!!close

We've decided to leave earlier. Then we want to give the key back, but we don't have de adress to send it back and eather a number phone to contact then. How can we do to give the key back?
