The only problem I had was with check out. THe office was supposed to open at 8:15 but no one showed up until 9:30. I had to change some of my plans around on my last day to make up for this lost time. But other than that, I LOVED IT HERE!

With all the signs around about quiteness, it was still really loud when I tried to sleep, other than that, the place was perfect for me.

The security is perfect and but some guys were talking and singing all day long in the kitchen. But Everything is perfect except too far from downtown.

We stayed here for two nights in a double room with ensuite. it was very spacious with modern decor. friendly staff. The internet could do with being a tad quicker but very much enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others.

Helpful staff and good location for Newtown's nightlife and restaurants. A couple of noisy late nights without staff intervention put a slight mark against an otherwise good hostel. The free internet was very welcome.

Since its winter, its freezing inside, in our rooom there is no heater, and the only refuge is under the covers or in the crowded TV room, The TV room also closes at 23, just too early when the noise isn`t bothering anyone. Good laundry facilities. Good kitchen, but also very cold!

There was only one bathroom for an entire floor. The staff was uncooperative. Also the computer room stank of rancid body odor... I've never been more disgusted.

A good place to visit as a family, because of the 2 seperat buildings, and the closed yard.

Bring your own pillow -- the pillows supplied are small and flat. Other than that, this is a great hostel. Not exactly party central, but very clean, respectable, safe. Upmarket without an upmarket price.

The staff are fab and really look after you. A very friendly place. The location is good as everything you need is within 2 mins walk and Sydney centre is just a short bus journey away. No curfew and good security. No need to worry here. Definitely recommended.
