Die Lage ist super. Essen und trinken kann man excellent oder auch einfach gleich um die Ecke. Normale Einkaufsmöglichkeit ebenfalls um die Ecke. Mit Bus ab dort in die Stadt möglich. Ebenso ganz einfach und wunderschön zu Fuß von dort durch den botanischen Garten bis zur Oper/Fährhafen. Die... more Die Lage ist super. You have a small kitchen in the room - but no cleaning up liquid or towel, and yet when you use the dishes provided no-body cleans them for you the next day and unless the guest is prepared to buy the cleaning up stuff, dishes go unwashed. Bath towels are replaced every day - which is the only concession here. Overall a very average place to stay. The service the staff provide is adequate, but not enough to make me want to book another stay at the hotel. close

rooms are really small need more air circulation in rooms, very muggy inside.

Good location around corner from all other hostels, quiet, clean and cheap for a double + they let us in the room at 7:30am after a 20hr flight for no extra!

Challis Lodge is in Potts Point, which is a wonderful location in itself, with lots of great bars and restaurants, but you do need to bear in mind that it is a fair distance from most of the major attractions, although fairly near to the King's Cross area.

Although the rooms are small, they are very clean and functional. Staff was helpful with extra pillows/fans etc. Stayed on the top floor which was very quite and great for sleeping. The location couldn't bee more beautiful and ideal - walking distance to everywehre. And very good restaurants... more Although the rooms are small, they are very clean and functional. Also Woolworths is withing 2 blocks for getting water and supplies. Overall, a great value!!close
