Don't try to walk from the central station with too much luggage. The hotel is very cute, although not very clean for a hotel. The rooms are cosy, but veeery small. Breakfast buffet is good and fresh.

Felt like elephants were jumping on our ceilings and that it might fall through! Group were chatting outside our door til 7am. Bathroom was poor & we had to thump the light to get it on! We were late for breakfast cos of the time change but 1 helpful staff member gave us some bread & ham which was nice. Cool to stay on a boat but not worth the agro!close

The only minor point was that the double bed was too small, which resulted in one person squeezed against the wall and the other one afraid of falling out off the bed.For the rest everything very good, nice breakfast buffet , helpfull staff , and the position of the boat is really perfectly central.

the rooms are really small but nice and all the essential facilities(bed,shower..)were good and well-functioning.very good position and an original way to stay some nights in stockolm also because the price is really low and competitive for stockolm. I'd suggest to my friends to go there.

Toilet/sink/shower combo as expected onboard boat - no shower tray, ergo soaked bathroom floor. Towels thin and harsh. Toilet paper was exactly that - paper. Bedding not changed during week's stay, nor was any 'ecological request' to save water offered as reason. No housekeeping during stay. Breakfast buffet offered 1 small tray each of 3 assorted processed meats, 1 sm tray cheese, 1 bowl boiled eggs, 1 bowl sliced cucumbers, 1 tube salmon spread, 2 small bowls jam, 2 baskets thinly sliced bread, 2 jars cereal, yoghurt, milk, weak fruit juice, very good strong coffee. Exact same items on offer for a week - aside from addition of raw peppers one morning. TV room has chairs with stuffing portruding out - 'Smoking room' is balcony facing the water, could use a clean. Tube station a quick walk, some good restaurants and shops on main street before getting to tube station. Young people running hotel seemed to have their own party going and guests were an afterthought. Nothing charming, romantic or engaging about the hotel. Staff very young and in a way helpful.close

Cabins are very small but have ensuite facilities - good for a short stay or someone on a tight budget. Short walk into the old town of Stockholm and sightseeing. Breakfast is typical swedish buffet, no different to more expensive hotels I have stayed in Stockholm. Make sure you are in the shower before 10.00 to get hot water! If you want somewhere central in Stockholm and cheap (by Swedish standards) then this is a good option to consider - I would stay there again.close

More of a hostel than a hotel and as such more a young person's place. I loved it, my wife hated it. Nice evening views from the bar across the lake. The ensuite was very basic.

The Personnel is very friendly (the refills at the included breakfast came very fast), rooms are small but well put to use, the heating was out of order, but we got a replacement. The look at the Stadshuset was incredible.

The hotel was easy to find, just along the harbour facing the main island and we were welcomed by a friendly face. There was a city map to be found on the main desk which was helpful and the hotel was warm, even considering the temperature outside was -7. Our room was adequate, not much room for movement but for sleeping and washing was all that was required given the price of the room. Breakfast was surprisingly good with meats, eggs and cereals on offer as well as hot drinks and juices. Our room unfortunately lost power during the evening on our second to last day but we were bumped up to the executive room as a good will gesture which denoted good service. Overall I'd say it was good for a couple of nights, well priced and in a beautiful location overlooking the Royal Palace.close
