The 3-Bed-Room was too small, but it was very gently, that we get another 2-Bed-Room after one night. Thank you!

The view across the water to the downtown can't be beat and I'd love to go back in the summer to enjoy sitting out on the deck! The common room and pub are great mingling spots. Yummy breakfasts too.close

Very nice hotel. Good location. Floor in rooms should be more clean. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful others are lazy and get quite unfriendly when you have something to ask or want to order something in the restaurant.

The location is really good, you can walk to Gamla Stan and other islands. The room was clean, fresh towels everyday although the bed was a bit small for 2 persons. We had no problem with sea, it was very stable but when the wave comes, you hear it. The walls are really thin, when somebody opens the door you may think it is your door but the guests were really silence. The staff is really friendly. They actually forgot to lock our door after cleaning but thanks god nothing happened. Other than that good character and a very good breakfast with a great view. I would recommend this hotel.close

Only a few problems in the room such as no mirror (it seemed that there was originally one, just not while we were there) and a broken lamp above the bed. Other than that great location, good character and good breakfast in with the price. Would recommend the hotel to others.

The staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were quite small for a group of 3 people, but it did the trick. The one annoying issue was the bathroom - the toilet will only flush 2 or 3 minutes after you push the button. it is very wierd and the staff says there is nothing we can do about it. Asside from that, everything was ok. The breakfast was nice and had a small variety. Not too far from the T-Ban station, but be prepared for more than a 30 minute walk if you are trying to get to the ships for Helsinki.close

When we arrived we transferred into a cheaper double from a twin - and the hostel refused to cut the rate. When we decided to leave three nights into a six night stay and had great difficulty getting a refund. Firstly they massively miscalculated the amount and offered us under half what we were owed. They also decided to 'round down' what they gave us without asking, which we thought was theft. After much arguing we finally managed to get the refund less the deposit we paid online and less 10% of the total amount that was unrefundable for some reason. Also there aren't any safes in the rooms or reception. Not a great experience, but a fabulous city.close
