Description of STF/IYHF Gardet
Welcome to our new modern hostel in Gärdet, centrally located in Stockholm. The hostel is easily accesible by car, bus & underground. We offer accommodation in single rooms, double rooms and family rooms, all with WC, showers and TV. Some of the rooms are also equipped with a refrigerator. Guestktichen in corridor. Guests have free access to WIFI and Internet. All prices includes sheets and towel. Ecological breakfastbuffe is also available. Reception is open between 7am-9pm. For arrivals later than 9pm, contact reception for more details. (+468-4632296). Next to the hostel you will find a activitycentre with bowling, pool, golf simulator, conference centre and moore. In the summmer there is also a outdoor swimmingpool open near the hostel. Right outside the door begins a wide open spaces perfect for picnics and ball games. You can also have a walk to the shopping centre Fältöversten, with a range of over 60 different shops. There is a rich variety of restuarants, museums and theatre within walking distance or by bus or underground. Nearby you'll find Djurgården with its fantastic natural environment, Kaknästornet, the Maritime Museum, and slightly further away is Skansen, Gröna Lund, Junibacken and Nationalmuseet, the list goes on and on - we can help you find your way among all the events and activities in and around Stockholm. PLEASE NOTE: Gärdet Youth Hostel is a IYHF-hostel. All prices are for IYHF-members. Adult non members will be charged an additional fee of 50 SEK /night and children 25 SEK/night on arrival. Sheets and towel is included in the price but not breakfast. 3-bedded rooms have 2 regular beds and one sofabed!
