Excellent hostel! Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the organic breakfast buffet!! First time I have come across that since I started my European journey in the spring...nice touch. Great to have comfy beds, clean linens and a bathrobe!!! Thanks for everything!

The single room was small, but I loved the way they arranged the bed - and it was so comfortable to sleep in! The buffet breakfast is great, staff is extremely helpful and cheerful, so I can recommend this place with a good heart! Thumbs up for Renstierna!

Great hostel! The staff were friendly and helpful, free breakfast, central location at Södermalm and close to Gamla Stan, and shops. Met some friendly guests as well. I recommend Renstierna for you. Well worth the price.

The downstairs dinning room was very cute & cozy & reminded me of a hobbits den. Wireless internet didn't reach into my room so I had to keep bringing my comp to the reception area in order to get signal, but at least it was a good feature. Really great B'fast. I would stay again if I'm...

This is a very good hostel! I would definitely stay there again! Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, free internet, I had my own TV there and last but not least - very clean! Value for money, despite being actually not cheap!:0) I recommend it.

The rooms were nice but very small (but that's because Stockholm is very expensive!). The breakfast was really good! Internet is free and staff were helpful. Overall very good.

This was a very nice place to stay! The rooms were great and there were TVs in them so there was noise when you were getting ready. Also the breakfast area and hang out room was so cozy and inviting! The staff was very helpful with giving directions and info about anywhere you wanted to visit!...

A little bit pricey, but in Stockholm, it's not bad. The staff is fantastic, the breakfast wonderful and the location, while note in the heart of things, gives you a sense of what real Sweden is like.

The bathroom/ensuite was smaller than expected, but hey - Swedes live this way in their apartments so it's like living like a local! The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Breakfast was awesome too - just get in early! A typical Swedish breakfast with meats, cheeses & breads. Also cereals, coffee, tea etc. The bus drops you off literally across the street, which was brilliant and very convenient. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Front door is always locked and reception is manned until 8pm with after hours number to call if needed. (A key is provided so you can get in and out when you need to during your stay). Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. Internet is free too! All the best on your journey!!close

CONS: It was a little uncomfortable to have only 3 lockers and 1 shower for 6 people; the walls/floor/ceiling were really noisy; from 20h to 6h there was nobody in reception, not even available. PROS: excellent organic buffet breakfast; near a subway station; staff super friendly; very clean and...

I can't fault this hostel in any way. it's very clean and a pleasant environment. Good location - easy to walk to main attractions. Self catering facilities are good in a land where eating out is expensive. Above all, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.I shall certainly return
