Hi Im Rome from Philippines. Went to 2 kronner hostell, dont expect much. Quality goes along with the price. But the location is best since its in Gamla stan the old city.

The worst thing in this hostal is the lack of toilets. That's really a desaster. Beside that, it is old but clean and the location is perfect! Best regards Carmen Germann

We booked a 10 bed dorm and got a 14 bed dorm. The worst thing was that people from the other dorm had to go through our room. So you could actually never sleep and were more or less in one room with 24 people. Very bad sanitary conditions: 2 WCs for 43 people, no WC in the basement, where most rooms are located, room absolute substandard.

Only one toilet per gender is not enough,could make one of the showers in to another one. Door to small dorm could easily be fixed to a quieter one.Very friendly staff !

There is one toilet upstairs and the rooms are downstairs so that was a bit annoying, especially if you need to go in the night. The showers and wash areas were dirty and some of the doors didn't lock, which is especially bad as they are mixed facilities. very loud and only one Toilet for all guests! The 3-bed-rooms are placed downstairs with windows you don't have a view outside which is shown on the www differently. It's too expensive for such bad comfort!

2 Kroner hostel is quite a hike from the bus station. The staff were great but reception is only open during the day. It is not fair to either group. We wouldn't stay there again.close

all in all ok..the dorm door was really heavily so everytime people went to the toilet or entered it woke the whole room up! showers were ok but only one girls toilet! ridiculous! we had a fat american dude snoring and farting the whole 2 nights but that wasnt the hostels fault. 6/10

Great location, especially with the Stockholm city bike hire right outside the front door and the ferries to the Archipelago. We enjoyed our stay here despite the noisy dorm room.

The location of the hostel was fine, but it is narrow everywhere and when being in the 2 bed room (cellar) we felt like being in an dungeon. The hostel 2Kronor claims the same prices as the Castanea Hostel, but offers less and the price is not justified at all.

The rooms are quiet small and rather reminded us of a former prison cell, but the location is very good and its a clean, calm and nice place to stay for several nights.

This hostel is probably reasonable if you're a group of teenagers and you want loud parties and to escape mummy and daddy for a while. They're cool with you arriving in the middle of the night, as and there's no warden to spoil your parties you can make all the noise you like. Downsides; only... more This hostel is probably reasonable if you're a group of teenagers and you want loud parties and to escape mummy and daddy for a while. They're cool with you arriving in the middle of the night, as and there's no warden to spoil your parties you can make all the noise you like. Downsides; only one toilet for each gender. This is woefully inadequate. Oh, and if you're looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place. There are two dorms, but they interconnect, so all 24 people in dorms come through one very loud door. Probably right next to your bed. Even if your fellow guests are more reasonable than ours, it's still impossible to close this quietly. This, combined with the lack of warden to keep groups under control probably means you'll average about 2 or 3 hours of sleep per night. And, if you tell the warden that your life is a living nightmare they still won't do anything about the problem. Poor service all round. Kitchen facilities aren't bad though.close

it's a typical backpacker hostel and the location is really good! we slept in a 14 bed dorm and it was okay. ideal to meet other people!

kitchen is not really equipped for cooking. no stove, no oven, only microwave access. would have liked a bit more access to cooking facilities.

A hostel jó helyen van, közel a belvároshoz. Mi a pincéjében kaptunk egy 6 ágyas szobát, ami szörnyű volt, szűk és levegőtlen. A konyha kicsi. Very small hostel. Only one toilet for all the hostel! Only one micro stove in a mini kitchen for all the hostel...no security patterns. They stole us food!!
