Very close to Metro station. Though it is located in underground, always strong air conditioning makes it fresh and good. Its living room is confortable, clean, and happy place.

A little too ridged, Shoes off at the front door, no booze, but the staff were amazing to me. Older crowd for sure, average 35-40. Not a party hostel, but a really nice place to relax.

Excellent location only two stops from Central Station. Staff very helpful. No natural light in the room which was odd especially since the lights on the bed didn't work. Security could be better all sorts were wondering in and out of the room and I assume the doorcode had been passed around.

The staff's mood adds to the somber feel: smiling or greeting is not in their vocabulary. And if you're sharing the room with 2 guys with smelly feet, the gross out factor is +10. Not recommendable.close

Allthough I asked kindly to have it turned on, it was refused without reason. I needed to do some work, but 'that was my problem' I was told. Also it would be nice with little 'reading lamps' by the bed, because if we turned on the light in the room it would disturb everybody. There was very far between the electric plugs for example for hairdryers, reloading the mobile phone etc.close

I told her that this is illegal in Norway. The dorm has 40 beds with 2 toilets and basins and an extra basin just outside the toilets. The one toilet had no toilet paper from 3 pm till the next morning when I mentioned it to a staff member whose office is in that building. The other toilet had a fair amount of paper in it, but it did not last longer than a few hours since the entire hostel was booked full. Also, when the staff member and I first arrived at the dorm, the door was open. She had given me two potential combination locks because she did not know which one would work. Neither one of them worked I would learn later. People have to knock on the door and hope that someone is inside or they won't be able to get in. The dorm had all kinds of lint that got on my things when I placed them under the bed, and there was no linen at all for the bed and pillow, just a comforter for cover. I was glad that I only had to stay there one night due to all of this. The shower is in the main building which is two blocks away from the dorm on the other side of the street. Lastly, there is a sign at the breakfast bar in Swedish and English that says that if guests want to make a sandwich for lunch to ask the reception, but there was no one at the reception even though it was 9:20 am, so I thought that they had not opened yet. So I proceeded to make a sandwich, but when I asked the attendant if I could have a plastic bag for it, she went to get the manager, who it turned out was working in the kitchen. So if you want to stay at this hostel, and want to make a sandwich, look for the manager in the kitchen instead of behind the reception desk. And last but not least, guests who stay in the 40 dorm cannot use the kitchen. There is a sign on the door that indicates that. Also the TV must be shut off at 23:00.close

Moreover during hot summer days you really lack air there. Stockholm is in general quite overpriced and this hostel is for sure the cheapest, but for what you get, still too expensive. Breakfast is great. Having a shower is adventurous - you gotta cross the road to the main building (a 100m walk). Stay in a tent somewhere - it's better!close

Stay here only if it's your last resort.close

In fact, inside the hotel is clean, but the annex where I stay is not clean, and there is noise in the night, we can not sleep quietly. On the other hand, the breakfast is very good, and the staff is sympathetic.

40 mixed dorm is ok. Squeaking beds though. two toilets in that room, so one has to wake up earlier or later to get in. Breakfast is served like buffet, which is the best part(0730-1000).
