1. Hotel Waldhaus am See 92%      

   The hotel charged us the full payment ignoring the deposit I paid through Hostelworld. All light fittings went out in my room and there was burning smell in room for a few hours, the staff solve the room problem immediately. Overall housekeeping and receptionist service was poor.

   Within 100 metres of the station (cross over a footbridge and walk up the small hill next to the lake). Not surrounded by any restaurants or shops, so had to eat at restaurant at hotel because I arrived late - which was lovely but expensive (44 CHF for a main). Room is great - I had a wonderful...

2. Youthhostel St. Moritz 82%      

   Shower was boiling!! It was so hot. How can I have shower. Room was clean.

   Great location. Its little expensive, but when compared with other accommodation options in St Moritz, then I think this is a better option. Dinner and Breakfast are good. Bus connectivity to railway station is also good.
